Speakers Fee
The speaker's fee or “stipend” varies according to each speaker.  Fees are based upon a number of factors such as speaking experience, name recognition, location of event, length of presentation, etc. 

Additional Expenses
In addition to the stipend, the host is responsible for all travel expenses, which include airfare, ground transportation, accommodations, meals and incidentals.

Audio and Video Taping of Appearances
Permission must be received from CAC prior to an event to audio or videotape a speaker's presentation and if recorded, a quality copy must be given to CAC.

Contract
Whena speaker confirms availability, a contract is sent to the host to ensure that the needs of both parties are clearly defined. Outlined in the contract are details of the event and duties the speaker is to perform.

Payment Terms
A retainer fee is collected at the time a speaker is booked for an event. This deposit guarantees the date is reserved on the speaker’s calendar.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the host, the retainer fee will be forfeited. If a cancellation occurs within 60 days of the event date, the entire fee and any already incurred travel expenses will be due.
