Biography |

Bobby Keppel grew up in St. Louis, MO and attended De Smet Jesuit High School where he received the Missouri State Athlete of the Year for his efforts in both baseball and basketball. He was a first round draft pick by the New York Mets in 2000 and started his professional baseball career. He attended the University of Notre Dame for three semesters during the off season. After six years in the minor leagues and one arm surgery he broke into the big leagues in 2006 with the Kansas City Royals.
Bobby enjoys volunteering with LifeTeen – an international Catholic youth ministry program, as well as sharing his struggles about baseball and his catholic faith. He and his wife Suzanne and daughter Caeli Marie call home wherever they are together.
