Former EWTN personality Michael Hidalgo Grimes is an award-winning journalist with more than 10 years of experience in the media. A native of Baton Rouge, LA, Michael graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Mass Communication. He has served as both a news and sports anchor/reporter at television networks around the Southeast. He regularly appears on EWTN’s Life on the Rock and EWTN Newslinks. He also hosted and produced a television show called “Crosstraining,” which profiles Catholics in the sports world. A lifelong Catholic, Michael credits his mother for instilling the faith in him at an early age. Michael currently serves as a spokesperson for a major company in Florida.
